Paying in South Africa, the simple way
All four sites use the same cashier. We read their payments, withdrawals and payment-policy pages on 26 Sep 2026 and only list what they actually mark for South Africa.

How to deposit with Swiffy
- 1 Sign up and log in at the site you picked.
- 2 Open the Cashier and choose Deposit.
- 3 Select EFT by Swiffy and enter an amount between R15 and R1,000.
- 4 You're taken to the Swiffy page. Choose your bank and enter the requested card details. You can add your phone number for proof of payment.
- 5 Once your bank approves, the money lands in your account and you get a confirmation email.
Withdrawing your winnings
Open the Cashier, choose Withdrawal, pick your method and follow the form. For EFT by Swiffy, the withdrawals page lists 1 business day of processing followed by 3 business days for the transfer. The minimum Swiffy withdrawal is R20 and the maximum per withdrawal is R1,000.
Verification comes first
Before your first withdrawal you'll need to prove who you are. The sites' FAQ says they may ask for a photo ID such as a passport or driving licence, a proof of address such as a utility bill, and copies of your card with the middle eight digits and the CVV hidden. Verification "takes up to 3 working days from the moment we receive your documents", so send them early.
Don't cancel your own bonus
Every bonus on these sites says "Withdrawal requests void all active/pending bonuses." If you're partway through wagering a bonus, asking for a payout will cancel it.
What about other methods?
The shared payment policy lists plenty of other options: Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Astropay, MuchBetter, Neteller, Payz and Skrill are marked for European, LATAM and EU countries; PayPal for the UK and Ireland only; NeoSurf for the UK, Ireland, Canada and Norway; Trustly for Finland; Interac for Canada; and crypto (BTC, ETH and USDC) with additional fees. None of these is marked for South Africa, so we don't recommend them here. Your cashier will show exactly what's available to you once you log in.
Two more things worth knowing. Card payments may appear on your statement as ProgressPlay Limited or Babaloo Limited, the payment processor the sites name. And if you do use Skrill or Neteller where available, remember those deposits don't count for welcome offers.
Set a deposit limit while you're there
The same cashier lets you set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. The responsible gaming page says later changes to your limits become effective 7 days after you request them, so set them before you need them. Payment questions
What's the minimum deposit in rand?
The payment policy on all four sites lists Swiffy at R15 to R1,000 per deposit. Some welcome offers ask for more: the AceLucky and Africa Sports sports welcome needs a R200 minimum deposit.
How long do withdrawals take?
For EFT by Swiffy the withdrawals page lists 1 business day to process and 3 business days to transfer. The FAQ adds that withdrawal requests are processed within 3 business days, and your first withdrawal needs verification.
Can I use a South African bank card?
The EFT by Swiffy description says it lets you pay with local debit cards, Instant EFT, or credit cards supported by major banks. The separate Visa/Mastercard option is listed for European, LATAM and EU countries.
Is there a fee to deposit?
The sites' FAQ says there is no charge for using the site. Crypto withdrawals carry listed fees. Your own bank may charge its usual fees.
Why can't I see a payment method mentioned here?
Each site's cashier shows the methods available for your country and currency after you log in. We only list Swiffy as the South African option because it's the only method the sites mark for South Africa.
